The Werma WIN system is based on wirelessly transmitting the status of light towers on machines or andon boxes via a slave on the light tower back to a master on a host PC which logs the data using WIN Software.
The WIN software then allows the customer to record and analyse machine data or data from an andon system in order to increase plant efficiencies.
The software allows key lean manufacturing personnel to view real time machine performance, receive downtime alerts and view historical data on up to 200 different machines.
