Overview
- Secure Detection of black objects also in extremely inclined positions with WinTec
- Interference-free towards gloss in the background with WinTec
- No mutual interference with WinTec
- Reliable in case of glossy objects with WinTec
The Wenglor interfere-free technology, WinTec, revolutionizes the sensor technology. Mounting of several sensors directly next to, or opposite each other without influencing them is now possible. Improved Job Safety for your Eyes thanks to Laser Class 1, which is safe for the human eye after EN 60825-1. These sensors with scratch-resistant optic cover also reach a very high switching frequency.
Light Spot
The Light Spot is readily visible, even over great distances, allowing for easy adjustment and initial start up. The very fine light beam ensures a small diameter spot meaning even smallest parts can be recognized.
Transit Time Sensors
The sensors are working directly on the object. The outputs switch at the teached distance. The Teach-In happens at the push of a button or via a control signal. Interface Sensor functions can be activated and scanning results can be acquired via the RS-232 interface.
Adjustments
The adjustments are made by the push of a button or over the menu-driven Display or external via the RS-232 interface. A wenglor configuration software with graphical desktop provides a simple and fast adjustment.
Display
The novel OLED Display guarantees a simple adjustment of the sensors. Measuring values are readable immediately.
Laser Class
Sensors with laser class 1 have the smallest laser capacity according to EN 60825-1 and make warning signs redundant. Due to their higher light capacity, sensors with laser class 2 achieve better specifications.
